We as online shoppers ourselves know and understand how important shipping times are. Almost all products which are displayed on our website are well stocked in our warehouse.
Usually, all in-stock products will be shipped within the same business day, but please allow up to 2 business days to receive shipping confirmation. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped!
All orders will be shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment creation.
Shipping time will depend on the method of delivery.
In rare cases, our website might display a product as in stock but the product will not be in our inventory. You will be notified within 24 hours and will be given the choice to cancel the order.
Orders for items that ran out-of-stock will be marked as backordered and will be shipped as soon as we have replenished our inventory. For your total security, we insure all shipments above $100 and all items above $349 will require signature at time of delivery. - Privacy & Security

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities that may be causing injury to you, us or others. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe the law requires.

Your satisfaction is what we strive for, if and for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased, please contact us via email or phone, have your order number and the items you would like to return included in the email, please allow us 1 business day to gather the necessary information and provide you with an RMA and returns instructions. For us to keep offering amazing prices and lightning fast service we must enforce the following policy at all times, All shipping back to our possession are the customer responsibility only. In your email or call you must mention the reason for your return: Defective item, Unopened Item, General Return. Please see below for more details.
*Defective items
We hold only brand new manufacturer sealed items. In rare cases, an item could arrive defective from our suppliers or manufacturers. Unfortunately, we have no way to know about it before the item is delivered. If and for any reason an item arrives defective, please follow the process above and follow the instructions to receive an RMA. All defective items will be inspected and tested by our tech support. If an item was found to be fully working, shipping back to the customer possession will be his responsibility. If and after inspection an item is found to be defective we will repair/replace the item and will ship the item. Please note that replacement process might take 1-3 weeks.
If you would like to return the defective product and receive a refund, your return must be considered as a general return (see below) and restocking fee will apply.
*Unopened items
If you would like to return a product in its brand new condition, unopened and in its original packaging, please follow the instruction above to obtain an RMA. 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted off the total refund.
*General Returns
If and for any reason, the product you purchased is not to your satisfaction and you would like to return it for a refund. Please follow the instructions above to obtain an RMA. 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted off the total refund. - Ordering

Placing an order with us is easy, fast and secure. You can place your order online using our website or call us and place your order over the phone. Your personal information will be secure and safe. We use a payment getaway (Authorize.net) to collect your payment information, so it will stay safe & confidential.

There are products within our website, where prices are intentionally hidden. As well in some cases the advertised price will change when product is added to the shopping cart. We are required to do so because of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreements with some of our suppliers and manufacturers.
According to most agreements, although their details vary from vendor to vendor, we can sell an item for any price we wish to, but we are not allowed to advertise the specific items for anything less than the Minimum Advertised Price. At KaraokeEquipment, we follow our MAP agreements, but we still want to provide our customers with the best prices possible. When there is a lower selling price we can offer, we will volunteer it. With us, our lowest selling price is always what you pay. - Viewing Orders

To view your order status simply log into your account and click the “My Orders” tab. You may see your order have one of the following statuses:
- Pending- Your order was accepted and is currently being prepared.
- Processing- Your order was charged and awaiting to be picked up by the shipping company.
- Complete- Your order was picked up and left our facilities.
- Canceled- Your order was canceled due to stock issues, fraud issues, or upon request.
Important: To be able to view your order, you must not check out as a guest!
All of the ordering process, whether registered or not, will be followed with automatic emails confirming your new account, order and shipment.
